Surfboard repairs in Wellington, NZ

Got a ding, crack, crease, snap, bubble? Ripped out your leash plug in double overhead, lost your finbox in a reef, your nose in a busy lineup, or whacked your tail on your towbar?

We repair any board as long as it’s made of fiberglass, you can bring it to us, and it fits our workshop (with the door closed).

We are available via email, whatsapp and text message, just get in touch with some pictures of your damage and we’ll get back to you with pricing and availability.

All our repairs are done at a professional standard with either epoxy or polyester resin, 3 layers of fiberglass, filler coat, hot coat, and includes basic color matching whenever possible.

Carnage Co. being a part time activity, we are available on appointment only and casual drop offs are not possible.

turnaround

We’ll have to keep your board for at least two weeks, but let us know about any time constraint or emergency and we’ll see what we can do.

Color matches

We provide basic color matches for all repairs, and use the wide MOLOTOW color palette for more advanced color matching, blending and feathering.

water out, not in

Make sure your board is dry. It is normal to have moisture around a fresh ding, but we will refuse your board if it is waterlogged. EPS and PU foams can take weeks to dry while taking precious rack space.
